Debbe’s Story

I’ve always known my capacity for “love” is enormous and as such my family has always been at the center of my heart. But I realized early on in my married life that I was holding myself back from living life fully and so began my pursuit of personal discovery. I started my journey in the 80’s and was left thirsty for more self awareness. I had a new-found confidence and determination, and knew I would be successful so I started my own business. This included training and supporting a team of over 2000 to pursue deeper understanding of how to create more of what they wanted in their own lives.

In 2019, my world crashed when my 39 year old daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. The lessons and growth opportunities that emerged for me during my daughter’s illness and subsequent passing deepened my work of healing & spiritual growth.

My heart path led me to Expanding You about 3 years ago and I love this work, becoming my authentic self and showing up in the world passionately, flaws and all. Knowing I’m always at “choice” is the greatest gift – what a liberating place to be. My desire to creatively and compassionately inspire others, continues now through facilitating programs with Expanding You.
