Can your programs help me genuinely build better self-esteem?
Yes, our programs help you discover the ways you give away your sense of power and how you can reclaim it. As you do that your confidence and opinion of yourself will increase dramatically.
I’ve done a lot of work already, why do I have to take the first program?
Our programs are designed to fill in the gaps that many people unknowingly get caught in. Each one of our programs build on each other so that you can truly experience the transformation you’ve been seeking.
There’s a lot of uncertainty in my life right now, should I wait until things calm down?
No. Waiting may seem like that is the wise thing to do, but over and over people have reported the enormous value of building their confidence and skill while handling challenges and transition. Sometimes transition or uncertainty are the best times because the very challenges you need to address are happening and you have the motivation for change.
How is working on me going to improve my relationships?
Great question! When the distress is in the relationship, it’s natural to want to focus on it. However, to improve a relationship requires an understanding of yourself and the ability to retain your inner stability as you address challenges. These are the skills you will get from our programs.
I’ve taken lots of programs that didn’t deliver long-term, what’s different about yours?
Many programs are delivered in 3, 4, 5 day intensives. As powerful as that can be, the problem is you need time, daily experiences and guidance to build skills and gain mastery. Our programs are designed to give you the skills for self-mastery that will serve you for a lifetime.
I can’t seem to sustain presence. Will this help me?
Yes. Many people experience moments of presence through breathwork, meditation, or yoga, but those states don’t automatically transfer into daily life.
As you build capacity and skill in meeting real-world challenges, your system becomes able to retain more and more of that calm, clarity, and wellbeing. Each of our programs supports this process step by step, so presence becomes something you live, not something you visit.

Is there anyone who shouldn’t take your programs?
Yes. Our programs are not designed for people who are in crisis or who are living in a victim mindset. We presuppose participants are self-responsible, meaning they truly understand they play a part in creating their challenges. And they are ready to look deeply at themselves and do the work to build new skills.
